Next Session Tasks - 2026-03-09

Priority 1: Configuration Management

• Review and update Ansible roles to ensure they are using the latest package versions as identified in docs/tech/current-software-audit.md.
• Implement ansible-lint as a pre-commit check to ensure role quality.
• Create a docs/tech/manual-overrides.md to document any non-Ansible changes as per the new Constitution.

Priority 2: Testing & Validation

• Set up bats (Bash Automated Testing System) for the scripts/maintenance.sh script.
• Run a full ansible-playbook --check on the workstation to verify baseline compliance.

Priority 3: Documentation

• Complete the docs/adr/ with records for existing OS and software choices.
• Ensure all docs/learnings/ entries are linked from the relevant tech docs.

Context

• Repository modernized to satware AG best practices (PARA, SDD, AGENTS.md).
• CLAUDE.md deleted and replaced by standard-compliant context files.
• Baseline documentation updated with standardized frontmatter.
