Update Hyprland keybindings and monitor refresh rates

- SUPER+Q: killactive (was kitty)
- SUPER+T: exec kitty (new terminal binding)
- SUPER+C: removed (was killactive)
- All monitors set to 60Hz (DP-1 and HDMI-A-1 down from 144Hz)
